The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other services in which DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., hereinafter referred to as D2D, is a party, with registered office at CARRETERA A-I, Km.27,5 San Sebastián de los Reyes 28700 Madrid ES, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B13957535, and any user, hereinafter referred to as the customer, who makes a purchase through the online store of the domain www.d2dhunting.com, is the other party.
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by these conditions, which are accessible on the website www.d2dhunting.com, and must, in any case, be previously accepted by the customer. In the event of modification by D2D, the conditions to be applied to each customer will always be those accepted at the time of purchase. The customer, prior to contracting and in any case during the purchase process, may access, archive and print these conditions for reference.
Any provision that contradicts or alters the contents of these general conditions shall be deemed void and null unless previously approved by D2D in writing.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
The general conditions, legal notices, sales terms, policies and guarantees, if applicable, that govern the purchase of the products offered on this website, will always be those in force at the time of each order or website browsing.
Before any transaction, by ticking the box “I ACCEPT/AGREE” the general conditions of D2D, the client expressly declares to have read and understood the general conditions that govern this website and accepts them without reservation.
In the same way, the placing of an order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the sales terms and conditions applicable to the order thereafter.
SEVERABILITY
If one or more of the provisions of these sales general terms and conditions are declared invalid by virtue of the application of a law, regulation or as a result of final judicial or administrative decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
The fact that D2D has not required the application of any clause of these conditions on a permanent or temporary basis shall in no case be considered as a waiver of such clause.
RECIPIENTS
The offers and services provided by D2D through this website are aimed at both individuals of legal age or legal entities considered consumers or end users by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and at legal entities whose purpose is retail sales.
REGISTRATION & PURCHASE PROCESS
To place an order, the customer must be of legal age (+18 years old) and must register by completing the data provided in the “Registration Form” described below. All data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory, and without it, we cannot process orders. If the customer already has an account on www.d2dhunting.com, the data will be automatically uploaded.

An error or inaccuracy in any of the data provided by the customer may result in a failure in the order delivery. Shall this occur, the customer will still be liable for the payment of the order.
The customer selects the product through the website www.d2dhunting.com by clicking “Buy” or “Add to Cart”. At any time, the customer can view the list of products (hereinafter referred to as “Cart”) selected for purchase.
The customer can “Continue Shopping”, i.e., add more products to their “Cart”, and can confirm their purchase by clicking on “Pay/Checkout”.
The system will only allow to purchase products available in the D2D warehouse. Any unavailable product will appear as Sold Out/Out of Stock.

PAYMENT PROCESS
The final order includes all items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the “I accept the sales terms and make payment” button in the menu bar.
By clicking on the “Checkout” button, the customer sends a confirmation of the products placed in the shopping cart. The sales contract will be effective and binding upon our receipt of customer’s acceptance. Automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.
The text of the contract will be archived on our servers and will not be accessible to the customer. General terms and conditions can be consulted at any time via this website.
The customer selects a payment method by choosing from those offered by the system. The customer will access the secure payment gateway.
Once the payment has been completed, an automatic order confirmation email is sent to the customer certifying that the payment has been confirmed and the order will be prepared and dispatched in accordance with the general shipping conditions.

D2D is not obliged to fulfill the order if, after clicking on the “Pay” button, the payment method selected by the customer does not have sufficient funds or for any other reason, the payment to D2D cannot be made effective.
D2D reserves the right not to honor an order or to request additional information if, in the opinion of its staff, there are doubts about the authenticity of the data provided, the order appears to be abnormal, the order is placed by a customer who has justifiably and/or unjustifiably rejected previous purchases, or there are other justifiable conditions for the rejection.
In case of requests for unusual quantities of products, D2D reserves the right to confirm to the customer the maximum quantity that can be supplied via the online shop.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, WITHDRAWAL
In all matters relating to shipping, delivery, withdrawal and refund, the provisions contained in the “Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy” described on this website will apply.
PRODUCTS
The website www.d2dhunting.com tries to display, as accurately as possible, the technical and aesthetic characteristics of the products, although the user must bear in mind that there may be slight differences between the online appreciation of the product and reality.
The differences between the images and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products in the online store may differ slightly from the actual color of the product.

PRICE

The prices published are only applicable to orders placed by individuals or stores not registered as distributors. Registered users will be able to access their private area where the prices displayed may be different.
Similarly, the prices displayed on the websites of registered distributors or those offered in their own physical stores may also be different from those shown here.
In any case, the prices published in our price lists are updated periodically, and may thus be subject to variations and to eventual modifications without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the user has already received an order confirmation.

TAXES
The prices of our products include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may vary depending on the country of delivery.

CUSTOMS TARIFFS, DUTIES AND TAXES

To do so, a duly authorized representative will need to fill out the application form included on this website on behalf of the applicant company.
Submission of the application automatically implies acceptance of all conditions, policies and terms included in this website.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
All stores applying to become DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. dealers must have their registered office and a valid commercial license issued by the authorities of one of the following countries:

Both physical stores and online businesses that sell equipment for outdoor activities may become dealers.
At the request of DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., the applicant shall provide a copy of supporting documents accrediting its status.
APPLICATION APPROVAL
Once submitted, the application will be checked by DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L.
Once the review is finished, a confirmation will be sent by email with the private area access details.
PRICES
Along with confirmation of the application approval, the dealer will receive a dealer price list.
When the distributor accesses the private area of this site with its credentials, the prices that will be reflected for each product will automatically correspond to those of its specific dealer price list.
DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP)
The acronym MAP stands for “Minimum Advertised Price”.
Along with their price list, each approved dealer will receive the MAP price list for every product.
Submitting the dealer application and placing any order with DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. implies the acceptance of this minimum price policy. Thus, all dealers accept that they will not sell products purchased from DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. below the MAP price level.
We believe that strict enforcement of this policy is the best way to ensure that all dealers, whether physical stores or online retailers, have an equal chance of success without having to worry about advantageous competition from other dealers.
For this reason, we will make every effort to monitor compliance with this policy and any dealer who decides not to respect MAP’s policy will be warned, and DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves the right to terminate the dealership agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders placed must be paid in full at the time of placement.
After a reasonable period of time of collaboration, and upon review of the purchase record, DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves the right to offer, at its sole and total discretion, an improvement in the payment conditions and/or a volume discount or rebate.
E-COMMERCE RETAILERS
All DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. dealers expressly accept the prohibition of reselling products through e-commerce retail platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
Any distributor who decides not to comply with this directive will be warned, and DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves the right to terminate the dealership agreement.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
In all matters relating to shipping, returns and refunds, the corresponding General Policy that included in this website and which all dealers declare known and accepted, will apply.
WARRANTY
The warranty of our products is granted, in the terms established by law, for a period of three years from the date of delivery (one year for second-hand products).
The warranty is established against any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, shocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the option will be for repair, replacement of the item, discount or return, in the legally established terms.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Shipping Policy
When making a purchase, the calculation of the shipping costs of each order will be carried out automatically and in real time based on the weight and dimensions of the customer’s shopping basket/cart, as well as its delivery address, as a general rule.
The shipping costs will be displayed in the customer’s shopping basket/cart, clearly differentiated from the price of the item(s) included in it.
The customer will be informed of the final price of their purchase, including the transport of the same, before validating the payment.
In some special cases, due to destination, volume or weight, it will be necessary to make a non-automatic quotation of the cost. Shall this occur, D2D will contact the client to confirm the cost.
DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves a period of 48 hours for the handling and preparation of the merchandise, subject to stock availability.
DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. ships orders to its customers through different transport companies of recognized national and international prestige, selecting the shipping method in each case that optimizes delivery times and costs.
Any event such as, but not limited to, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike subject to delay, prevent or cause the supply cost to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension or termination clause to the obligations of DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. without any compensation liability if the event takes place for a period longer than 15 days.
Under these circumstances, the customer will also be completely and automatically exempted from its obligations relating to its order.
DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. will inform the customer on the same day that the event takes place, so that he can freely cancel his orders.
In the event that a shipment is returned by the selected shipping method, either due address issues, inaccuracy in any of the data provided by the customer, customer not being present at the agreed delivery time and place, not picking it up at the indicated office, or to any other cause not attributable to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., the cost of a new shipment will be borne and paid in advance by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
The customer will have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.
The communication must be made to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, stating the desire to exercise the right to withdraw and terminate the contract.
The customer may return any item purchased from DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. as long as the products have not been used and retain their original condition and packaging.
Some products are not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

Food or perishable items, except when received in poor condition (rotten, spoiled).

Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Gift Cards.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L.

Any item that is returned outside of the established deadlines.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note or waybill and the corresponding invoice to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., at the customer’s expense.
The Customer must send the item in the original packaging and/or in the same box or similar packaging in which it was received. In the event that the product is not shipped with the original packaging, it may suffer depreciation.
REFUNDS
Once the returned merchandise has been received, the goods will be inspected and the customer will be notified of both receipt and acceptance or rejection of the refund.
In case of approval, DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. will refund the purchase money through the credit card used to make the purchase.
Defects in the packaging of the products, as long as they are not serious, will not be treated as just cause for a return since a minor fault, scratch or indentation in the packaging that does not affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for refund claims.
SHIPPING COSTS
For the return of a product, after notification, the customer must pack and prepare the package to be delivered to the address of DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. that appears in the General Conditions of this website.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., it will be taken away and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the customer.
