In case of impossibility to make deliveries due to error or inaccuracy of any of the data provided by the customer, or any other cause not attributable to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCION SL.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, counting from when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. ATTENTION: You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases, in addition to any other set forth in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Goods that expire or deteriorate rapidly;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period of 14 calendar days expires.
