SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Shipping Policy

When making a purchase, the calculation of the shipping costs of each order will be carried out automatically and in real time based on the weight and dimensions of the customer’s shopping basket/cart, as well as its delivery address, as a general rule. 

The shipping costs will be displayed in the customer’s shopping basket/cart, clearly differentiated from the price of the item(s) included in it.

The customer will be informed of the final price of their purchase, including the transport of the same, before validating the payment.

In some special cases, due to destination, volume or weight, it will be necessary to make a non-automatic quotation of the cost. Shall this occur, D2D will contact the client to confirm the cost.

DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. reserves a period of 48 hours for the handling and preparation of the merchandise, subject to stock availability.

DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. ships orders to its customers through different transport companies of recognized national and international prestige, selecting the shipping method in each case that optimizes delivery times and costs. 

Any event such as, but not limited to, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike subject to delay, prevent or cause the supply cost to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension or termination clause to the obligations of DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. without any compensation liability if the event takes place for a period longer than 15 days.

Under these circumstances, the customer will also be completely and automatically exempted from its obligations relating to its order.

DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. will inform the customer on the same day that the event takes place, so that he can freely cancel his orders.

In the event that a shipment is returned by the selected shipping method, either due address issues, inaccuracy in any of the data provided by the customer, customer not being present at the agreed delivery time and place, not picking it up at the indicated office, or to any other cause not attributable to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., the cost of a new shipment will be borne and paid in advance by the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY 

The customer will have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.

The communication must be made to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, stating the desire to exercise the right to withdraw and terminate the contract.

The customer may return any item purchased from DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. as long as the products have not been used and retain their original condition and packaging.

Some products are not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

 

  • Food or perishable items, except when received in poor condition (rotten, spoiled).

 

  • Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

 

  • Gift Cards.

 

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L.

 

  • Any item that is returned outside of the established deadlines.

 

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note or waybill and the corresponding invoice to DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., at the customer’s expense.

The Customer must send the item in the original packaging and/or in the same box or similar packaging in which it was received. In the event that the product is not shipped with the original packaging, it may suffer depreciation.

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise has been received, the goods will be inspected and the customer will be notified of both receipt and acceptance or rejection of the refund.

In case of approval, DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. will refund the purchase money through the credit card used to make the purchase.

Defects in the packaging of the products, as long as they are not serious, will not be treated as just cause for a return since a minor fault, scratch or indentation in the packaging that does not affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for refund claims.



SHIPPING COSTS

 

For the return of a product, after notification, the customer must pack and prepare the package to be delivered to the address of DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L. that appears in the General Conditions of this website.

 

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 

 

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by DAWN TO DUSK DISTRIBUCIÓN, S.L., it will be taken away and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the customer.
